Managed Care Insurance Carriers

For patients who are covered by a managed care company, we will collect co-pays and deductibles at the time of service, and wait for 30 days for the payment from the company. If we still haven’t received the payment after 30 days, you will need to follow up with the insurance company to ensure additional information is not needed from you.

For patients who are covered by federal state and government programs (Champus, Medicare, and Medicaid), we will collect co-pays and deductibles at the time of service. If possible, we will submit claims to your secondary insurance as well.

Medicaid Recipients

Medicaid allows up to 12 visits and can cover up to $500.00 medical fees for lab and X-ray services per fiscal year (July 1 through June 30) for patients ages 20 and above. In such cases wherein you have already exceeded the amount of $500.00, you will be required to pay at the time of service.

Arkansas Primary Care Clinic will submit an extension of the benefit request. We will gladly refund you the amount you paid once the extension has been approved and Medicaid has received the payment.

Please remember to bring your insurance card with you. Also, keep in mind that one of our staff physicians must be selected as your primary care physician. To know who your primary care physician is, you can reach out to ConnectCare at 1-800-275-1131.
